NCP57152DSADJR4G Description


NCP57152DSADJR4G manufactured by Microchip Technology is a type of high-precision positive voltage regulator with a fast transient response, very low dropout (VLDO), low minimum input voltage, and low ground current. A suite of protection functions is provided when operating, including output current limiting, built−in thermal shutdown, and reverse output current protection. The NCP57152DSADJR4G voltage regulator stable with ceramic output capacitors is able to provide an output current in excess of 1.5 A with a typical dropout voltage of 330 mV at 1.5 A load current and input voltage from 1.8 V and up.
