NCP718ASNADJT1G Description

The 300 mA LDO Linear Voltage Regulator is the NCP718. It is an extremely accurate and stable device with a large input voltage range and ultra-low quiescent current consumption (typically 4 A throughout the complete temperature range) (up to 24 V). The regulator includes a number of safety features, including Current Limiting and Thermal Shutdown.
