NCP730ASN330T1G Description
NCP730ASN330T1G devices are based on a unique combination of functions-very low static current, fast transient response and high input and output voltage range. NCP730ASN330T1G is a CMOSLDO regulator designed for input voltages up to 38 V and output currents up to 150 mA. Only a static current of 1 uA makes the device an ideal solution for battery power. A system that is always online. There are several fixed output voltage versions and adjustable versions to choose from.
The device (version B) implements a good power supply circuit (PG), indicating that the output voltage is in a state of regulation. The signal can be used for power sorting or as a microcontroller reset.
Internal short circuit and overtemperature protection protect the equipment from overload conditions.
