Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. This is a General Purpose type op amp. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V.
