As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 4.7V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz.
