NCV51190MNTAG voltage regulator has advantages from low-noise, low-dropout, and a miniaturized design. The low dropout voltage as well as low quiescent current permit operation at very minimal power consumption. ON Semiconductor NCV51190MNTAG regulator is perfect to power noise-sensitive components, for instance, video, medical, or test and measurement application.
Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. The product is packaged in 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad to facilitate transportation. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. In general, this regulator outputs a voltage of 0.64V~1.385V. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. The device is targeted at LDO (Linear), DDR and other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~125°C to prevent malfunctions. The regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1.5V~2.5V. It contains terminals with the number 8. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. A device with 8pins is present. It is required that the input voltage be higher than 2.2V.
