NCV51510MNTAG Overview
Generally, it supports 1 outputs at a time. To facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 0.5V~1.5V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use at LDO (Linear), DDR as well as other applications. Ideally, the operating temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunction. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 2.7V~3.6V. The PCB or other board can be mounted using the Surface Mount on it. The electronic component's series is represented by Automotive, AEC-Q100.
