NCV8450ASTT3G Description
The NCV8450ASTT3G is a fully protected high-side smart discrete device with a typical RDS of 1.0 and an internal current limit of 0.8A. The device can switch various resistive, inductive and capacitive loads.
STM8S005C6/K6 voltage line 8-bit microcontroller provides 32K bytes of flash program memory, plus 128bytes of data EEPROM. In the STM8S Microcontroller Series reference Manual (RM0016), they are called medium density devices. All STM8S005C6/K6 Value Line devices have the following advantages: performance, ruggedness, lower system costs and shorter development cycles. Device performance and robustness are ensured by true data EEPROM that supports up to 100000 write / erase cycles, advanced cores and peripherals manufactured with state-of-the-art technology at 16 MHz clock rates, powerful I-clock O, independent watchdog with independent clock source, and clock security system.
Due to the high system integration with internal clock oscillator, watchdog and power-off reset, the system cost is reduced. The common series product architecture has compatible pins, memory mapping, and modular peripherals to achieve application scalability and shorten the development cycle. All products operate in the range of 2.95 V to 5.5 V power supply. Provides complete documentation and a wide selection of development tools.
