NCV8461DR2G Driver Description


The NCV8461 is a High-Side drive that is completely protected and may be used to switch a variety of loads, including bulbs, solenoids, and other activators. By having an active current limit and a thermal shutdown, the device is internally guarded against an overload state. A diagnostic output reports thermal shutdown and OFF state open load conditions.
