NOIL1SC4000A-GDC Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 127-BCPGA packages. There should be 2.5V 3.3V voltage present on the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Tray. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 90 dB. Pins 127 are connected to the image sensor. Electronic components with 127 pins are available.
