LCC packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 60 dB. As specified, the optical format of the image sensor is 1/2 inch. A 48 pin image sensor is used. The maximum voltage supplied by an image sensor is 1.9V. Ensure that the maximum operating temperature of the image sensors is set to 85°C. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -40°C when image sensors are in operation. In spite of this, the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should be 1.7V.
