Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in LCC packages. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 60 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/3.6 inch has been specified. The image sensor has 48 pins. When operating, image sensors should provide 3.4V voltage. Image sensors can supply 1.9V voltage. The image sensors should be set to 85°C at their maximum operating temperature. When image sensors are in operation, the temperature should not be below -40°C.
