For use in automobile antenna applications, the NSVJ3910SB3T1G Single N-Channel Junction FET has Low Noise Amplification (LNA). As compared to contemporary JFETs, this device has a high forward transfer admittance, low noise characteristics, and good ESD immunity. This product is appropriate for automotive applications because it meets the AEC-Q101 qualification standards and supports PPAP.
