A three level inverter stage with a T-type neutral point clamp (NPC) is contained in the power module NXH80T120L2Q0S2/P2G. Lower conduction losses and switching losses are provided by the combined field stop trench IGBTs and quick recovery diodes, allowing designers to achieve great efficiency and better reliability.
