PN3565 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 150 @ 1mA 10V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 350mV, giving you a wide variety of design options.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 350mV @ 100μA, 1mA.With the emitter base voltage set at 6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 1mA current rating.Product comes in TO-92-3 supplier package.This device displays a 25V maximum voltage - Collector Emitter Breakdown.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
