PN4092_D74Z Product Details

PN4092_D74Z Description

The PN4092_D74Z is an N-Channel Switch. This device is designed for low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits and chopper stabilized amplifiers. An N-channel MOSFET makes a current channel out of electrons. This makes it possible for electrons to pass swiftly and readily across the current when the MOSFET is turned on. Due to the unique properties of N-channel MOSFETs, the P-channel chip must be two to three times larger than the N-channel chip since the mobility of the carriers is around two to three times higher in an N-channel MOSFET for the same RDS(on) value. Because of this, using MOSFET transistors with N-channels in high current applications is frequently the best option.
