QSD2030 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 50V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 100mW heat. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 100mW. DC photodiodes can work properly under reverse voltages of 50V in the DC circuit. In order to get current to flow across a photodiode, there must be a voltage of 1.3V. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
