RV4145AM Overview
Ready for shipping the power management in Tube package.For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) .The Surface Mount mounting method allows for easy adaptation.The power management is designed for use with applications at Ground Fault Protection .It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -35°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching RV4145A .In this power managment ic, there are 8 pins.It is equipped with a Surface Mount that facilitates mounting on a PCB or other board.An operating voltage of 18mA is required for this power management ic.It is recommended that the supply current of the power ic be conducted at 18mA volts.It is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 85°C .A temperature lower than -35°C is unsuitable for the ic power supply.
