It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 18V as a supply voltage.
