An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.5% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Input can be entered into Adjustable forms.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 60μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 2.5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.Among the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of gadgets, it is a camera.There is 36V voltage higher than 36V that the voltage reference ic can send.
