In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. General Purpose-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. There is a Tube case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. The number of terminations approaches 8. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins on it.
