RF IC features an enhanced 12-UFBGA, WLCSP package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 12 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.
