TCP-3012H-QT Overview

A frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 6-VFDFN package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This integrated circuit has 6 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -30°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
