TCP-3027H-QT Overview

RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz.Due to the enhanced 6-VFDFN package, this RF IC is excellent .There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.This RF module has 6 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.This is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -30°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
