As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 30 @ 300mA 10V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 200mA, 1A.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 5V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 1A.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
