TLV431ALPRA Overview


TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 16V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.TLV431 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 20mA inputs.There are Through Hole applications that can be used with the reference voltage.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 80μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 18V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.24V.
