With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 7.6V~30V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -25°C~85°C TA. It can switch at Up to 500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Frequency Control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position.
