Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 10V~36V voltage are supplied and operated.
