These photodiodes are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 32V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 32V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 150mW heat within a circuit. The temperature should not be higher than 100°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 32V. The voltage needed to get current to flow across a photodiode should be 1.3V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
