AQY221R6TY Description

The AQY221R6TY is a Solid State Relay. An electronic switching device called a solid state relay (SSR) turns on or off when an external voltage (AC or DC) is applied across its control terminals. They perform the same task as an electromechanical relay, but solid-state electronics are more durable and don't have any moving components.

2. VSSOP type with further reduction in mounting area 4.6 mm2 mounting area achieved. Approx 29% less than previous product (SON type).

Contributes to the miniaturization of instruments and higher density mounting.
