2SC3611 Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 20 @ 100mA 5V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 350MHz.A breakdown input voltage of 50V volts can be used.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 150mA volts.
