AN8013SH-E1V Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-FSOP (0.169, 4.30mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -30°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 20kHz~500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.6V.
