DSA340200L Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 270 @ 10mA 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of -250mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 250mV @ 10mA, 200mA.Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at -500mA in order to achieve high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at -5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.In the part, the transition frequency is 300MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 12V volts before it breaks down.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 500mA volts.
