MN1381-S Overview

It is mounted through 3 terminals on the power management. Bulk-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Power management recommends the Through Hole mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -20°C~70°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. It requires 5V watts of power to operate this voltage supervisor.
