MN13821SKP Overview
This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -20°C~70°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use MN138*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
