MN13822CP Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -20°C~70°C TA. There is an output voltage of CMOS Inverted from this supervisor when it is operating. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
