MN1382JP Overview


Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -20°C~70°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is always advisable to use MN138*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
