It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -20°C~70°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use MN138*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
