You should set the photoelectric sensor's temperature to -25°C~55°C for reliable performance. It's important that 12V~24V is applied to the circuit or system for these components to work. A photoelectric sensor is considered ideal if its response time is 1ms. To make sure it's reliable, the photoelectric sensor works at -25°C. Reliable operation is possible at 55°C. Connecting the 4 pins is necessary for the photoelectric sensor to work properly.
