For reliable performance, the temperature of the photoelectric sensor should be set to -25°C~55°C. Electronic components require a voltage of 12V~24V to function in a circuit or system. Photoelectric sensors can be damaged by a voltage of 24V in DC circuit. The photoelectric sensor can operate at an extremely low voltage, such as 0 volts.
