TFS7701H Overview
It comes in a 16-SSIP, 12 Leads, Exposed Pad, Formed Leads package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with Up to 11.5V voltage are supplied and operated. A -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 66kHz 132kHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Through Hole. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Reset. Switch converters are connected to ICs with ANALOG CIRCUIT analog outputs. As determined by the test statistics, the output voltage of DC regulator is 100V. A duty cycle set at 63 % ensures voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-on and power-off. HiperTFS™-2 is a series of dc to dc voltage regulator. It runs on a 960μA supply current.
