VLA503-01 Overview

Its 12-SIP package is adopted for higher flexibility.There is a package in the form of Bulk.This configuration includes 1 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.When the supply voltage is 14V~15V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT gate type.-20°C~60°C TA is the allowed temperature range for this device.The input type is Non-Inverting.The configuration starts with 12 terminations.Through Hole is the way it takes to mount the device.As a result, it is configured with 14 pins when it is designed.In order to operate, a voltage of 15V has to be applied.BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 5A.The component has 12 pins.
