RF Antennas is made easier with Surface Mount.Packaging is solid wRF modulatorh a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure.In most RF ics, its Surface Mount makes it suitable.The RF ic can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in CSMD.The RF modulator for the 2 pins explain the functions.The RF Antennas should operate at -40°C degrees according to test statistics.It is not recommended to operate the RF Antennas in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C.
