The datasheets state that the peak forward voltage is 1.3.A continuous forward current of about 1.5@Ta=55C can be consumed by this device at any given time.In order to operate, you will need a DC reverse voltage less than 800.When used with this device, the maximum output current voltage can be read to be 1.5 A.
