2305M-1HLF Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CMOS, TTL logic levels.
