23S05-1HDCG8 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133MHz maximum. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
