507M-01LF Overview

The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Clock, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 3.15V~5.5V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. There are several logic levels in PECL logic that can be used with this clock generator.
