As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
