The Bulk method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 32-LQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 500MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
