620AK-06LFT Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source.
